The Title Application is an electronic form and can be saved at any time while you are working on the form, so you won’t lose your previous work. It is then automatically emailed to Travelers Title LLC.

Personal Undertaking – Recording Gap Once a title for a property is secured there is typically a waiting period for the financial arrangements called the gap period. During this gap period, it is possible that additional interests in the subject property might arise and be recorded against the property. Owners Affidavit and Indemnity Agreement Property owners use this document to certify that no improvements or upgrades have been made to the property in the last six months, as well as to verify that there are no bankruptcies, easements, liens or other encumbrances that were not previously specified. Special Assessment Indemnity Agreement This form typically is designed for condos and other properties with communal areas that are handled by management company or other entity. For example, a condominium may have a major leak in a roof or mechanical system failure that requires thousands of dollars to repair or replaced. Affidavit as to Judgments A document provided by the seller explicitly states the status of potential legal issues involving the property or the seller such as bankruptcies, judgments, pending lawsuits, and more. Guidelines for the affidavit of title can vary from state to state. Download |
