At closing, you’ll review and sign all final documents, pay any remaining costs, and transfer ownership of the property. Our team walks you through every step.
How long does a title search take?
Most title searches are completed within a few business days, depending on the complexity of the property’s history.
What is Searchers United LLC?
Searchers United is our in-house title search company and sister company to Travelers Title. Having searches done in-house means faster turnaround and consistent quality.
