What We Do
At Travelers Title LLC, we coordinate and conduct the closing process from start to finish. That means reviewing documents, explaining every step to buyers and sellers, collecting and disbursing funds, and making sure everything is recorded correctly with the county.
We work closely with real estate agents, lenders, and all parties involved to make sure closing day goes smoothly — and that everyone leaves with confidence.
What to Expect at Closing
Here’s what typically happens during the closing process:
- Review and sign all closing documents
- Pay closing costs and any remaining down payment
- Transfer of title from seller to buyer
- Recording of the deed with the county
- Receipt of keys — you’re a homeowner!
